By downloading or using Patake: Fireworks Simulator, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Patake game for entertainment purposes on your Android device. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the source assets (`.apk`, shaders, or texture atlases) without explicit permission.

2. Virtual Economy & Assets

All virtual assets, currencies, and progression statistics within the app are strictly fictional and hold no real-world monetary value:

• ✨ Sparkles: Fictional currency awarded for in-game target hits and launcher combo streaks. Used to unlock fireworks in the catalog.
• 🪙 Festival Coins: Fictional currency awarded during seasonal events (like the Diwali Festival). Used in the in-game Shop to buy custom launcher platforms.
• ⭐ Stars & Levels (👑): Markers of progression earned by completing target challenges. Unlocking new levels requires 1000 XP.

These assets cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for physical currency or real-world goods.

3. Offline and Cloud Saves

The game stores progress markers inside a local SQLite/Preference database. Players can optionally back up these saves using Google Play Games Services. We are not liable for any progress loss resulting from clearing app data manually or uninstalling the game without active cloud synchronization.

4. Liability Disclaimer

This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we optimize the game to run at stable 30/60 FPS, we are not responsible for performance lags, device heating, or battery drain on older Android versions. This is a virtual simulator; it does not encourage or provide instructions for building real-world fireworks or explosives.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
