1. Personal Data Collection

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) during your gameplay. The application operates primarily offline. However, if you explicitly submit feedback via our web contact forms, we store your name, email, and message locally in our secure administrative database to respond to your queries.

2. Google Play Games Services (GPGS) Cloud Save

For synchronization across multiple Android devices, the application integrates with Google Play Games Services (`GpgsManager.kt`). If you choose to sign in with your Google Play Profile, the following game progress markers are synced securely to your Google Play Games cloud storage:

• ✨ Cumulative Sparkles balance and earned Stars (⭐).
• 🪙 Accumulated Festival Coins used in the Shop.
• 👑 Current Player Level and experience points (XP).
• 🔓 List of unlocked pyrotechnics (FW001 - FW015) and custom environments.
• 🏆 Unlocked Google Play Achievements (AC001 - AC020).

This synchronized database is hosted and managed by Google, subject to the Google Play Games Services Privacy Policy.

3. Permissions Requested on Android

The Android package may request standard permissions to ensure smooth operation:

• Network Connections (INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to sync progress with Google Play Games Services, verify active seasonal festivals, and fetch Google Text-to-Speech (TTS) audio assets.
• Vibrator Control (VIBRATE): Required to run the synchronized haptic feedback engine (`HapticManager.kt`) for realistic burning fuses and shockwave vibrations.

The app does not access your contacts, files, photo galleries, microphone, or GPS location.

4. Third-Party Services & Analytics

To improve game stability, we may use crash analysis tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics) that collect anonymous device identifiers, system models, and CPU specs to debug gameplay performance targets (30 FPS/60 FPS). Our website utilizes Google Search Console and optional analytics containers to optimize search indexing.
